储罐防腐蚀质量不但影响储罐的使用寿命和运营维修的费用,而且也是影响储备油库安全的重要指标,文章针对提高大型储罐涂层质量检测技术介绍了新开发的智能自动检测仪,该检测仪实现了钢质油水储罐防腐蚀涂层任意点自动测厚,其数据经计算机处理后,数据自动显示,并能自动打印记录和进行数据处理,给出测量结果的最大值、最小值、平均值和测量曲线。这在检测技术上是一个很大的飞跃,对提高储罐防腐蚀质量具有非常重要的现实意义。经在储罐上进行现场测试,该检测仪具有操作灵活方便,体积小,重量轻,无线控制,检测结果准确等优点,能满足现场需求。

The corrosion protection quality of storage tanks affects not only the service life of tanks but also the maintenance costs in operation. It is also an important factor for the safe operation of tank farms. A new smart automatic testing instrument has been developed, aiming at improving the testing technology of coatings on large storage tanks. It can automatically measure the thickness on any point of the corrosion - resistant coatings of the steel tanks for oil and water. It can also process the data and print the record automatically and show the maximum, minimum, and average values as well as measurements curve. Therefore, it is a great progress in the detection technology and is of important practical significance in improvement of tank anticorrosion quality. The field testing shows that the detection instrument has the advantages of easy operation, small volume, light weight, automatic control and accurate detection results, etc, which can meet the field requirements.
