谁的乡愁?谁的乡村?——乡村建设热潮和一个县域样本的观察与思考

Whose Nostalgia? Whose Village? Observation and Reflection on Rural Construction Boom and A Sample of the County Region

我国城市化已进入新的发展阶段,在"记得住乡愁"的新型城镇化背景下,新一轮乡村建设热潮呈现出复杂多元的形态。在对乡村建设中各类主体的实践案例分析的基础上,以河南新县旅游村落的规划为调研对象,梳理了调研中发现的问题,并针对这些问题进行了反思,以期为中国广大乡村未来的建设与发展提供参考。

Urbanization in China has entered a new development phase, and new round of rural construction boom presents complexity and diversity under the new urbanization with “memorable nostalgia” . Based on the analysis of practical cases in different rural constructions, this paper investigates a sample of tourism village ir Xinxian County of Henan province, sorts out and reflects on the problems identified in the investigation, in order to provide references for further developments of most common villages in China.
