唐山乐活小镇社区中心

Community Center,Lehuo Village

在当代中国,大部分房屋的设计都未能像许多历史建筑那样考虑建筑之间的空间,只是将建筑物置于空间,而不是用空间营造建筑,如中国古代的四合院。 这个社区中心围绕一个可供市民聚集的空间设计而成。环绕该空间的是社区活动中心、礼堂、博物馆、政府办公窒和教室。这个空间也因此成为一个公共活动场所。由于我开始尝试重塑那些被遗忘的建筑理念，因而这个项目对我来说十分重要。

Most of buildings designed in China presently do not consider space between the buildings as many of the historic buildings illustrated. Instead the objects are in space not using space to make the buildings such as the classic chinese courtyard house. This community center is designed around a space which becomes a place for citizens to come together. Around the space are buildings for community activities, auditorium, museum, offices for government activities and classrooms. The space then always becomes the place for activities to take place. This was a very important project for me since I was trying to reestablish architectural ideas that have been Iost.
