Study on Improvement System of Building Energy Efficiency of China

摘要 实施"中国建筑能效提升工程",是有效推动中国建筑建造与运行绿色转型的主要途径。为此,首先要科学合理地制定建筑能效提升路线图和支撑体系。根据中国国情,探索性开发了愿景牵引法来设定中国建筑能效提升路线图,并通过较大规模的机构问卷调查法识别了建筑能效提升的影响因素和问题与障碍;通过较大范围的德尔菲专家问卷法明确了建筑能效提升的主要驱动力及针对问题的解决方案,从而基本形成了包括新建和既有公共建筑、新建和既有居住建筑共4类建筑的能效提升路线图和梯度、主要参数指标;能效提升的主要影响因素和驱动力;主要解决方案在内的中国建筑能效提升体系。本文重点论述研究背景、研究方法及主要结果。 The "Project of Improving Energy Efficiency of Buildings in China" is the major driver that helps the country build and operate its architecture in an eco-friendly way. To this end, it is first required to prepare the scientific and reasonable roadmap and support system for improving building energy efficiency. The research, based on national conditions in China, developed the Vision Traction Method creatively to set the roadmap for improving energy building efficiency in China. A large-scale questionnaire survey on institutions was implemented to identify the influencing factors for improving building energy efficiency as well as relevant problems and obstacles. The Delphi survey method was used to define the major driving force for improving building energy efficiency and relevant solutions. At last, the improvement system of building energy efficiency in China that incorporates the roadmap, gradient and main parameters for improving the energy efficiency of newly built and existing public buildings and residential buildings, the main influencing factors and driving forces for improving energy efficiency as well as main solutions was generally developed. The paper focuses on the discussion of research background,methodology and main results.
