Quantitative Assessment Method of Low Carbon Construction Technology Based on Basic Reduction Rate of Carbon Emission——for the Case of Office Buildings in Cold Area

摘要 本文在思考碳排放基准值确定必要性的基础上,转换视角,结合国内建筑节能标准与绿色建筑评价标准,采用碳排放情景分析法,提出"基本减排率"概念。以寒冷地区办公建筑为例,以独创性的方法从定性与定量两方面共同建立了基于基本减排率的低碳建筑技术评价方法,研究成果通过软件系统可方便地对减排效果进行评价比较,对于我国推广低碳建筑和推行建筑碳减排提供了技术指导方法。 Given that it is necessary to determine the reference value of carbon emission, this paper combined theenergy-saving standard and evaluation criterion of buildings in China, employed the scenario analysis method of carbon emission and proposed the concept of "basic reduction rate of carbon emission". The office buildings in cold region were selected as research object. The assessment method of low carbon construction technology based on basic reduction rate of carbon emission was established creatively from the qualitative and quantitative perspective. With the proposed method, it is easy to evaluate and compare the effect of emission reduction in software. The findings provide an important technical guidance for China to popularize low-carbon buildings and carbon emission reduction of buildings.
