摘要 本文以低碳化为视角,运用文档调查、问卷调查、深度访谈、数理统计、模型构建等方法,从消费者、快递企业、快递代理点及电商四个角度对快递包装标准化现状进行全方位调查分析,并基于低碳化视角提出解决问题的对策建议。 This paper works on four fronts---consumer, express enterprise, express agency and e-commerce---to make comprehensive research and analysis of the current situation of the express packaging standardization by the methods of document research, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview, mathematical statistics and model building, etc. On the basis of low-carbon perspective, this paper also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to address the problems.
