管理层信任对研发人员绩效的影响研究

摘要 文章针对目前对管理层对员工信任对绩效的影响的相关研究,并未将员工类别和绩效类别进行区分的实际,选择研究类企业未研究对象,通过实证分析,研究管理层信任对研发人员的研发绩效的影响作用。
