大连市首例人感染猪链球菌病流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of the first cases of human infection with swine streptococcus in Dalian City

目的调查大连市首例人感染猪链球菌病的感染来源和流行特征,为疾病防制提供科学依据。方法用描述流行病学方法对病例进行流行病学调查。结果大连市发现首例人感染猪链球菌病确诊病例,临床症状主要有发热,腰痛,伴意识障碍,间断腹泻等,体征有克布氏征阳性,患者脑脊液检测结果为猪链球菌Ⅱ型。患者发病前无明显的流行病学接触史。结论该病例为大连市首例人感染猪链球菌病(Ⅱ型),感染来源不清。应加强健康教育和培训工作,提高市民防护能力和医务人员的诊治水平。

[ Objective ] To investigate the source of infection and epidemic characteristics of first case of human infection with swine streptococcus in Dalian City, and provide scientific evidence for disease control. [ Methods ] Descriptive epidemiology was adopted for epidemiological investigation of cases. [Results] The investigation of first confirmed case of human infection with swine streptococcus in Dalian City showed the main clinical symptoms were fever , back pain , with consciousness and intermittent diarrhea, the sign of Kebu ＇s sign positive, and cerebrospinal fluid test result of streptococcus type. There was no significantly epidemiological contact history before onset. [ Conclusion ] This case is the first cases of human infection with swine streptococcus （type II ） in Dalian City, the source of infection is unclear. It is necessary to strengthen health education and training to improve the public protection capability and diagnosis and treatment levels of medical workers.
