2013年北京市某区企业作业场所铬接触者的健康监护情况调查

摘要 目的了解北京市某区接触铬作业人员的职业健康检查及现场监测情况。方法采用现场调查法、现场检测以及作业人员职业健康检查相结合的方法进行综合分析与评价。结果现场检测结果显示,各岗位铬的检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准;职业健康必检项目漏检率为22.2%,其中尿中β2-微球蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肺功能、X线胸片、尿常规的漏检率分别为41.5%、7.7%、9.2%、13.8%和9.2%,鼻咽部和皮肤科检查漏检率为100%。结论该区接触铬岗位职业卫生防护设施合理,但在职业健康检查方面,应注意检查项目的完整性。 [Objective] To understand the status of occupational health examination among chromium-exposed workers and?on-site monitoring in a district of Beijing. [MethodslThe comprehensive analysis and evaluation was performed by the combination of filed investigation, on-site detection and occupational health examination among chromium-exposed workers. [Results]The on-site detection results showed that the chromium concentrations in all post were lower than the national occupational limits. The missing rate of the essential items in occupational health examination was 22.2%. The missing rate of urine β2-microglobulin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), pulmonary function, chest X-ray examination and urine routine test was 41.5 %, 7.7 %, 9.2%, 13.8% and 9.2%, respectively. Moreover, the missing rates of nasopharynx and dermatology examination were 100%. [ Conclusion]The occupational protection facilities of chromium-exposed posts are appropriate in this district. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the integrality of the occupational health examination items.
