摘要
男男性行为者(MSM)是我国艾滋病防治工作的重点人群之一,在MSM中开展艾滋病预防干预对我国艾滋病防治具有重要的现实意义。该文对我国目前MSM的艾滋病流行现状、高危行为现状、知识与行为分离现状及其艾滋病预防控制做一综述,探索MSM艾滋病有效的干预模式,为今后针对该人群开展艾滋病干预工作提供合理建议及借鉴。
Men who have sex with men （MSM）is one of the key crowd of HIV/AIDS prevention and control work in our country, and to carry out HIV/AIDS prevention interventions among MSM population has important practical significance. This article reviews the status of HIV/AIDS epidemic situation, the high-risk behavior, separation of behavior and knowledge, and the HIV/ AIDS prevention and control among MSM crowd in China, and explores effective HIV/AIDS intervention models, to provide reasonable suggestions and reference for the HIV/AIDS intervention for the crowd in the future.
