油用亚麻品种资源农艺性状的主成分及聚类分析 被引量:20

摘要 对国内外73份油用亚麻种质资源的10个农艺性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:主要农艺性状可归纳为株高、单株产量、每果粒数、千粒重、有效分茎数5个主成分,累计贡献率为89.55%。通过聚类统计,在欧氏距离为16.79处可将73份参试品种分为4大类群,综合农艺性状较好的材料主要集中在第Ⅱ、Ⅲ类群,包括18份材料,这些材料株高适中,分枝、分茎能力强,单株果数多,千粒重大,单株产量高,可作为优良种质资源重点开发利用;第Ⅰ类群可作为矮源亲本利用,第Ⅳ类群可用于纤用亚麻。 Principal components analysis and cluster analysis of 73 oil flax germplasm from China and abroad were carried out based on 10 agronomic traits. The results showed that the main agronomic traits could be summarized as plant height, plant yield, seeds per boll, 1000- seeds weight and branch per main stem, the cumulative proportion of these five principal components achieved 89.55%. By the hierarchical cluster analysis, these 73 oil flax varieties were divided into 4 groups for 16.79 Euclidean Distance. The 18 cultivars with excellent agronomic traits were mostly in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. These materials performed proper plant height, more stems per plant, more branch per main stem, more bolls per plant, higher weight of thousand seeds, higher yield per plant, so could be developed and utilized as good germplasm resources. The first group could be used as short source parents, and the fourth group could be used for fibre flax.
