摘要
对52个马铃薯新品种(系)进行了硫、铁、铜、锰、硒、蛋白质、Vc含量的测定,并用多态性信息含量法对测定结果进行了分析。结果表明,PIC值由大到小顺序为铁(0.786)>维生素C(0.707)>锰(0.679)>蛋白质(0.643)>铜(0.638)>硫(0.598),表明不同品种(系)马铃薯铁含量的多态性信息最丰富;变异系数由大到小顺序为维生素C(41.56%)>锰(25.92%)>铁(25.36%)>铜(22.28%)>硫(16.35%)>蛋白质(15.93%),表明通过杂交更容易选育出块茎Vc含量高的品种;紫云一号、S03-3349,S03-3417等3个品种(系)在多个指标上优于或接近合作88(CK1),为具有较高营养价值的马铃薯新品种(系)。
The contents of S, Fe, Cu, Mn, Se, protein, vitamin C in 52 potato varieties (llnes) were determined by the polymorphism infor- marion content method. The results showed that the order of PIC value was Fe (0.786) 〉 vitamin C (0.707) 〉 Mn (0.679) 〉 protein ( O. 643 ) 〉 Cu ( 0.638 ) 〉 S (0.598), which indicated that the Fe content had the most abundant polymorphism information. The order of coefficient of variation was vitamin C (41.56 %) 〉Mn (25.92 %) 〉 Fe (25.36 %) 〉 Cu (22.28 %) 〉 S (16.35 %) 〉 protein ( 15.93 % ), which indicated that the variety with high Vc content should be easily obtained by hybrid breeding. Ziyun No. 1, S03-3349, S03-3417, their several indexes were in advance of or approximate to cooperation 88 ( CK1 ), so they were good potato varieties (lines) with higher nutritional value.
