摘要
为了筛选出促进玉米生理活性的优良丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)类型,本研究通过盆栽玉米试验揭示了接种Glomus mosseae、Glomus versiform、Glomus etunicatum、Glomus intraradices以及混合菌剂(G4)对玉米抗氧化酶活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量和净光合速率等指标的影响。结果表明,5个接种处理的菌根侵染率呈现G4>Gm,Gv>Ge>Gi;对比各处理对玉米生理活性的改善作用,混合菌剂效应明显优于单种菌剂;对比单菌剂,Gm和Gv对玉米生理的促进效应较为明显,而Ge和Gi则无明显影响。本研究证实了混合菌剂在玉米生理方面表现良好,同时筛选出Gm和Gv是适合玉米接种的AMF菌种。
In order to select excellent AMF type which can increase corn physiological activity,pot experiment was used in this study. The purpose of this research was to reveal the effect of Glomus mosseae,Glomus versiform,Glomus etunicatum,Glomus intraradices and mixed inoculum on corn physiological parameters( anti-oxidant enzyme activity,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,chlorophy Ⅱ and net photosynthetic rate). The results showed that inoculation treatments colonization presented G4 Gm,Gv Ge Gi. Comparing the corn physiological activity of different inoculation treatments,the effect of mixed inoculation was better than single inoculation. Among single treatments,the physiological promotion effect of Gm and Gv was obvious,while Ge and Gi had no significant influence. This study confirmed mixed inoculants was good for corn physiological aspects. Meanwhile Gm and Gv were suitable inoculation strains for corn.
