PEG模拟干旱胁迫对芥菜苗期的影响 被引量:5

摘要 选用4种不同的芥菜品种进行PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫试验,在不同体积分数的PEG6000胁迫下对这些品种的幼苗叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸、相对电导率、可溶性糖、相对含水量等生理指标进行了测定。结果表明,用10%PEG处理芥菜后,幼苗叶片丙二醛、脯氨酸、相对电导率、可溶性糖、相对含水量、最大光化学效率等含量在品种间的差异性达到极显著水平,因此,这6个指标可用于测定芥菜的耐旱性。综合上述指标,4个品种抗旱性为M100>M8>M133>M94。 Four different mustard varieties were selected for PEG6000-simulated drought stress experiments. Physiological indexes such as chlorophyll content,MDA content,proline content,the membrane penetrability content,soluble sucrose content,relative water content,Fv / Fm content were determined. The results showed that MDA,proline,the membrane penetrability,soluble sucrose,relative water content,Fv / Fm reached significant differences between mustard varieties with 10 % PEG treatment. Therefore,the six indexes can be used for determination of mustard drought resistance. In a word,a combination of the indexes showed that the sequence of mustard drought resistance was M100〉 M94〉 M133〉 M8.
