滇重楼种子休眠类型的研究

Study on Dormancy Type of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis Seeds

以石蜡切片法、抑制物生物鉴定法及对比分析法开展滇重楼种子休眠类型的研究。结果表明,滇重楼果实成熟时胚发育不完整,停留于球形胚阶段,胚的发育程度在果实成熟后不受采收时间的影响;滇重楼种子能正常吸水,不存在由于透水性差而引发的休眠;滇重楼外种皮和胚乳的水浸提液对小白菜种子具有强烈的抑制作用;带外种皮的滇重楼种子在适宜萌发的条件下种子萌发时间显著延后,滇重楼外种皮抑制胚的形态后熟。基于研究结果,认为滇重楼种子休眠类型为综合性休眠。

The paraffin wax slice techniques and bioassay method as well as contrastive analysis were used to study the dormancy type of P.polyphylla var. yunnanensis seeds. The results showed that the embryo was under differentiating at the globular stage in ripe fruit,development degree of embryo had no relation with the harvesting time of the fruit after ripeness; the seeds had good water-absorption and it could be inferred that the seed dormancy was not caused by the seed water-impermeability; the water extract from exopleura and endosperm had the significant inhibitory effects on the seed germination and root growth of Brassica chinensis; seed germination of the seeds with the exopleura was significantly delayed comparing with the seeds without it in the suitable germination conditions,the exopleura had some germination inhibitors which had effect on morphological after-ripening of the embryo. It was concluded that the type of the seed dormancy was mix-dormancy.
