摘要
通过烘烤对比实验,研究了豫中烟区散叶密集烘烤对烟叶烤后品质的影响,以期明确散叶密集烘烤在豫中乃至河南烟区的推广可行性。结果表明,散叶密集烘烤烤后烟叶与挂竿密集烘烤烤后烟叶相比,除颜色、色度、挂灰杂色、平滑烟等指标较差外,其余指标无明显差异;两个处理的主要化学成分含量及协调性均位于适宜范围内;中性香气物质总量以及酮类、醇类、醛类物质、新植二烯及其他物质总量较高,而酯类物质总量略低于挂竿密集烘烤;烟叶感官评价得分较高,但二者之间无明显差异。总之,散叶密集烘烤烤后烟叶除外观质量略差于挂竿密集烘烤外,其他烟叶品质指标均优于挂竿密集烘烤,因此可认为,散叶密集烘烤适宜于在河南烟区推广,但仍需加强研究完善。
Based on the contrast experiment of flue-bulk curing in tobacco,the effect of loose-leaf bulk curing to tobacco leaf quality in Henan flue-bulk tobacco areas were researched in order to confirm the adaptability of loose-leaf bulk curing. Comparing leaf quality of looseleaf bulk curing with hang-pole curing,the results showed that( i) leaf appearance quality was poorer,for example,color,chroma,dust sticking and variegation were less;( ii) main chemical component content and themselves coordination belong to optimal range expect ratio of K to Cl;( iii) total content of neutral aroma matters,ketones,alcohols,aldehydes and neophytadiene were higher,but esters content were less;( iv) sensory quality score was higher but there was no obvious difference. Above all,tobacco leaf quality of loose-leaf bulk curing were prior to hang-pole curing except appearance quality. Therefore,we affirm that flue-cured tobacco loose-leaf bulk curing could be extended in Henan areas.
