摘要
自磨煤机投运以来,其内部密封风管、托辊支架、筒体内壁衬板等部件均出现过磨损现象,影响锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行。为有效解决磨煤机内部部件磨损问题,延长连续运转周期,结合燃煤特性和设备内部结构,对在运的10台磨煤机内部磨损部位进行分析,并提出防磨措施。通过一系列的设备改造,有效提高了磨煤机的连续运转周期,保证了机组的安全、稳定、经济运行。
Since put into operation, local severe abrasion occured to some parts such as internal seal air pipe, roller bracket, the inner wall of the cylinder in the mills, effecting the safe, stable and economic operation of boiler. To keep the problems of internal components frnm wearing and tn extend the continuous operation cycle, and in view to the characteristics of coal and equipment operation condition, analysis is made on internal wearing for ten set mills and coutermeasures are proposed. A series of transformations are made on the equipment, whieh ensuring the sate,, stable and economic operation of the units.
