摘要 RB试验是验证新建火电机组在主要辅机跳闸时系统调节品质的破坏性试验,跳闸风险很大,RB试验失败会导致汽机跳闸,锅炉灭火。以中电投白城电厂1号机组RB试验为例,阐述RB试验的原理与过程,着重进行了RB试验危险点分析,给出提高RB试验成功率的措施和建议,为火电机组RB试验提供参考。 RB is a destructive test which verifies the regulation quality of a new thermal power plant, on the condition that one of the main auxiliary equipments out of running suddenly. It leads to a huge risk to the plant tripping. Fail of RB test will induce trip of tur- bine and loss flame of furnace. 10 RB tests had been done for Baicheng 2x660MW Plants. As an example, the principle and process of Unit 1 of the CLP Power Plant in Baicheng have been illustrated, focusing on the analysis on dangerous points, providing advices and measures which increase the success rate, offering some benefit for units during the same test.
