摘要
随着我国政府系统性推进＂依法治国＂、房地产下滑进一步拖累经济增长,我国加快推进改革的空间和压力都将进一步增大。截至目前,中国推进改革的速度已超出大多数人的预期,而改革步伐在2015年仍可能会进一步加快。同时,促增长、防风险和再平衡将成为2015年改革的三大主题,那些可以释放新的增长潜力和扩大内需、降低经济和金融风险、消除或降低经济结构性失衡的改革措施会得到加速推进。
