摘要
随着大学英语课程改革的逐步推进,大学英语进入一个新的转型期,这个时期的大学英语改革暴露出一些突出的问题与矛盾:教学目标、教学内容的变化与师资素质之间的矛盾;大学英语非学科地位与大学英语教师专业发展的矛盾;大学英语部门转型与定位的问题。复合型人才理念对大学英语课程的改革有重要的借鉴作用。要促进大学英语课程改革的顺利进行,就要打破大学英语与专业课程的模块分割局面,实行校本大学英语课程改革顶层设计;基于需求分析进行课程目标定位和设置,实施订单式人才培养;加强大学英语师资队伍建设,提高教师学科和专业发展意识和行动。
With the development of College English curriculum reform,College English enters a new transitional era in which some problems and conflicts are becoming increasingly obvious including: the conflict between teaching objectives,contents and staff quality,the conflict between the non-disciplinary status of the course and teachers’ professional development,the issue of transform and positioning of College English as a department of the university. In this case,the concept of inter-disciplinary talent has important implications for College English curriculum reform. Therefore,to make the curricalum reform succeed,the barrier between College English and the major courses should be removed and school-based College English curriculum should be developed through top-layer design. The positioning of curriculum objectives should be designed on the basis of needs analysis. And finally,enforcing English teaching staff development is essential to improving English teachers’ disciplinary awareness and their professional development awareness and action.
