摘要
开放教育学习支持服务的目的在于为学生提供优质学习支持,帮助学生实现学习目标。本研究从国家开放大学(广州)学生的现状和需求分析入手,借鉴企业售后服务的核心理念,提出了通过坚持自我约束和自我发展,加强和拓展学习支持服务的工作方法,最大限度满足学生的学习需求,提高学校的办学信誉度。
For the open learning, its learning support services system shall be constructed serving such an end as to provide quality learning support to the learners, and help them fulfill their learning objectives. Borrowing insights from the enterprise's core concept of after-sales services, this study analyzes the status and needs of students in the National Open University(Guangzhou), and puts forward some measures such as persistence in self-discipline and self-development, so as to enhance the learning support, better to accommodate learners' demands, and increase the university's reputation.
