基于词频分析和社会网络分析的我国绩效技术研究进展

Review of Research on Performance Technology Based on Word Frequency Analysis and Social Network Analysis

从多维研究视角下对我国绩效技术领域研究现状与进展进行可视化分析,以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收入的2004年-2014年我国绩效技术领域的文献为数据源,对近十年来我国绩效技术领域研究进展进行分析和总结。通过分析得出了近十年来国内绩效技术研究领域主要分为六大类:绩效技术对教育技术的启示、电子绩效技术在教育技术培训中的研究、美国教育技术学专业课程设置、教育信息化大力发展的今天,对教师培训、学生学习的绩效评价的研究正在兴起、绩效技术与教学设计的研究、绩效技术在企业培训中的应用等六类;目前我国绩效技术领域仍然以绩效分析、企业培训、教学设计等传统研究领域为研究重点,以电子绩效支持系统、网络学习、绩效评价、绩效管理、应用绩效等为我国目前绩效技术研究热点。本研究旨在为我国绩效技术研究提供借鉴与参考。

The present study polled the data of China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and sampled and analyzed literature on performance technology published between 2004 and 2014, in an endeavor to summarize the achievements in the field in the past decade. Results indicated that in addition to curriculum design of educational technology discipline in the United States, most research still concentrated on application of performance technology in these conventional areas such as educational technology training, teachers training and students study, teaching design, and vocational training; and its contents included electronic performance support systems, e-learning, evaluation performance, performance management, practical performance.
