摘要
利用不同溶剂浸提、超声处理、蒸馏以及精制的方法,对干雷竹叶进行处理,获得具有清香味的淡黄色透明液体芳香油.经用红外光谱及拟合处理技术对芳香油的组分和基团进行测定和认证,发现不同的溶剂得到的组分有一定差异,乙醚要较乙醇提取效果好.该方法可以比较简单、方便、快捷的给出可测组分,对于利用和制备芳香油的行业选取溶剂具有指导作用.
With the method of teaching, ultrasonic processing, distilling and refining by different solovents,yellow aromatic oil with fragrante smell can be acquisited by processing Ganlei bamboo leaf.By use of infrared spectrum and fitting processing technology on aromatic oil components and group were determined and the authentication,we can find that different solvent can acquisites different components, the exlraction effect of ethyl ether is better than that of ethanol.The method is simple,convenient and has a guiding role for the industry that use and prepare aromatic oil to select solvent.
