云南省乡土树种大头茶属植物资源分布与利用探讨

Distribution and Utilization of the Indigenous Tree Species of Genus Polyspora in Yunnan Province

乡土树种在园林城市绿化应用中是优先选用的树种,但由于对其资源分布与生物学特性等掌握不全面、市场开发不足等因素,往往应用不足。山茶科的大头茶属是亚热带常绿阔叶林中的常见种,在云南省共有5种,在云南省中部地区有广泛分布,均是典型的云南乡土树种,但在城市绿化中鲜有应用。通过介绍在云南省分布的5个大头茶种类的分类学特征与分布情况,进行了相应的观赏价值评价,为乡土植物大头茶属植物资源的开发、园林应用与保护提供参考。

Indigenous tree species are prior to be used in landscape in the city greening projects,the knowledge of taxonomy and distribution were still a bottleneck for the utilization of these indigenous species,which would be an important reason for lagging of market development and practical use in urban landscape. Species of Polyspora, which belonged to the family of Theaceae,the common species in the community of sub-tropical forests. Totally 5 species of this genus distribute in Yunnan which are the indigenous species of Yunnan, but seldom used in the urban landscape. Taxonomic characteristics,distribution information and ornamental value for landscape of these 5 species were discussed to supplement the knowledge of these species and promote their laridscape application in the future.
