摘要
相对于其他后现代主义理论家来说,加拿大后现代主义理论家琳达·哈琴(Linda Hutcheon)对于后现代理论发展最大的贡献就在于她将后现代主义诗学作为一个可以系统进行阐述的灵活概念。针对当时后现代主义讨论中理论与实践的状况,哈琴同哈桑一样,认为要讨论后现代主义诗学首先有必要将后现代主义理论化。因为她认为艺术和艺术理论都应当是后现代主义诗学的组成部分,而她自己所要建构的诗学也正是将后现代主义置于理论与艺术的交叉地带进行考察。
Compared with other postmodem theorists, the greatest contribution of Canadian postmodem theorist Linda Hutcheon to the development of postmodem theories is that she regards the poetics of postmodernism as a flexible concept which could be expounded systematically. In allusion to the instance that theory is combined with practice in discussion on postmodemism, Hutcheon and Hassan, both argues that discussion on the poetics of postmodernism should be on the basis of the theorization of post modernism. She believes that art and art theory should be parts of the postmodern poetics, and the poetics she wants to construct is done when post modernism being put in the cross area of theory and art.
