摘要
建立了加速溶剂萃取—气相色谱质谱联用法测定土壤中酚类化合物。土壤样品与无水硫酸钠(1∶2,m/m)混合后,用正己烷、二氯甲烷(1∶1,v/v)在加速溶剂萃取仪上以10.3 MPa,80℃提取5 min,质谱检测器进行分析,对土壤中14种酚类化合物的回收率在71.2%~112.4%。该法得到了良好的分离效果、较宽的线性关系和较高的灵敏度。
The analytical methods of phenolic compounds in soil are studied by ASE-GC/MS. The soil sample is blend by Na2SO4( 1:2, m/m), with hexane, methylene chloride ( 1:1, V/V) on acceleration solvent extraction meter by 10. 3 MPa, 80 ℃ ,withdraws 5 min, carries on the analysis with the MS detector. The spiked recovery of 14 kinds of phenolic compounds is between 71.2% ~ 112.4%.This method has better separation effect, hizh sensitivity and wide linearitv.
