论大学生的自我教育——基于埃里克森自我同一性理论的思考 被引量:2

摘要 埃里克森的自我同一性理论通过分析青少年的自我同一性建立、防止同一性混乱和克服同一性危机等问题,揭示了青少年发展过程中的矛盾冲突及内在根源。自我教育是促进大学生自我完善的重要途径。当前大学生自我教育存在的问题主要有自我意识的发展存在矛盾、对自我与社会关系的认识存在偏差、自我教育的合力模式有待完善等。借鉴埃里克森的自我同一性理论,可通过重视自我意识教育,解决自我教育矛盾;利用合法延缓期,促进自我与社会良性互动;创新教育工作方法,提升自我教育实效;发挥教育合力作用,优化自我教育环境等措施,对大学生的自我教育加以改进。 Eriksson, through his Ego Identity theory, analyzed the youth' s problems such as the establishment of ego identity, the prevention of identity confusion, and overcoming identity crises, and revealed the conflicts in the youth's development and the reasons. Self-education is an important approach to promote college students' self-improvement. Nowadays, the problems for college students' self-education mainly include the following such as contradictions in the development of self-awareness, deviation in the recognization of ego and social relationships, imperfect collaboration of self-education, etc. By referring to Eriksson's Ego Identity Theory, we can perfect the environment for college students' self-education through the following approaches such as solving contradictions in self-education by paying great attention to education of self-awareness, improving good interaction between individuals and the society by applying legal moratorium, improving the efficiency of self-education by innovating working modes, and optimizing self-education environment by making collaborative education play function, so as to improve college students' self-education.
