On Thought-consultation Mode and Its Construction

思想咨询模式是指思想政治教育工作者在继承和发展思想政治教育理论和方法的基础上,吸收和借鉴哲学咨询方法、理性情绪认知疗法和意义疗法等理论资源和操作技巧,帮助来访者化解认知困惑、洞察思想根源和重构信念网的方法体系。建构该模式,需要做到以下三点:(1)更新理念,将来访者视为正常人与平等的对话者;(2)丰富内容,广泛汲取古今中外各种思想文化资源的精髓和营养;(3)融会方法,综合运用个别谈心法、哲学咨询、情绪认知疗法等方法。

Thought-consultation mode refers to the methodology through which consulters, inheriting and developing theories and methods of ideological and political education, absorbing and referring to theoretical resources and operative skills such as philosophical consultation methods, rational emotional cognitive therapy and significance therapy, help visitors to deal with confusion, find out thought origins of the confusion, and reconstruct belief network. In order to construct the mode, we should work in three aspects. First, we should update our ideas and regard visitors as normal people and equal talkers. Second, we should enrich the content and absorb the essence of all thoughts, either ancient or modem, Chinese or overseas. Third, we should merge and combine different methods such as interview, philosophical consultation, emotional cognitive therapy, and so on.
