我国会展行业法律规制完善之我见

On Perfecting the Law for Chinese Exhibition Industry

会展业在我国正处于快速发展期,但有关会展行业的立法起步较晚,与发达国家成熟的会展行业立法相比,我国会展行业法制尚处于初级阶段。目前我国会展行业的法律规制存在明显缺陷。建立统一的监管机构,加强行业自治,制定行业标准,同时对该行业专项立法,是完善中国会展行业规制的路径选择。

Chinese exhibition industry is developing fast, while the legislation related to the industry develops slowly. Compared with developed countries, China is just at the basic level in legislation for exhibition industry. Nowadays, we have obvious disadvantages in the field. We should set unified supervision and management organizations, strengthen self-ruling of the industry, set standard for the industry, and conduct legislation aiming at the industry so as to perfect law for exhibition industry.
