摘要
公共交通系统是涉及每一位公民出行的重要部门。公共交通系统管理主要依靠交通管理部门制定规章制度来实现。站在管理者的角度,当然需要总结实践经验,完善公共交通系统管理的规章制度。将服务设计的概念引入公共交通系统,可以从更加人性化的角度优化硬件与软件设备,提升公共交通系统整体服务水平和城市形象。
Public traffic system is an important department coneerning each citizen's transportation. The management of public traffic system is conducted mainly through the rules issued by the department in charge of transportation management. In transportation managers' view, we need to conclude practical experience and perfect rules for the management of public transportation system. Further more, we should introduce the eoneept of the design of service into the management, and, with the view of humanistie management, optimize hardware as well as software, so as to improve the general service of public traffic system as well as the general image.
