摘要
目的:对医学院校临床带教师资队伍进行现状分析,针对问题,提出对策。方法:调查广东省12家临床教学医院的220名带教教师,数据统一使用SPSS软件包分析。结果:临床带教教师队伍存在年龄、职务偏低,教学工作精力投入不足,工作压力大,缺乏认同感等问题。结论:临床带教教师师资队伍建设不尽合理,困扰因素有政策导向、领导重视度、临床医疗工作压力等;对此我们提出明确临床带教师资建设目标,编制师资队伍建设规划,转变观念,优化激励机制,强化教师培养和加强文化建设的对策,以期对临床师资建设做出有益探索。
Objective : To examine clinical preceptors of medical schools, raise questions and find solutions. Method : 220 preceptors in 12 teaching hospitals of Guangdong Province participated in the research and the data was processed with SPSS. Results : The findings indicated preceptors were generally at a young age, at a lower position, very stressed out on jobs and lack recognition. Conclusion : fac- ulty team building is hampered by school policies, school leaders'opinion, and the stress of clinical work. This paper proposes objec- tives been established for faculty team building. Views should be changed. Incentive mechanisms be established. Teacher training and cultural enhancement be boosted.
