摘要
目的:探讨积极心理学理论指导下的心理健康必修课的对学生心理健康水平的影响。方法:以某高校4个新生班为研究对象,采用实验组和对照组前后测试加追踪测试的实验设计,以症状自评量表、自尊量表和总体幸福感量表为评估工具。结果:课程结束后,与对照组相比,实验组症状自评量表的焦虑、恐怖、偏执三个指标显著降低,总体幸福感水平显著提升。结论:以积极心理学理论为指导的心理健康必修课能有效改善学生的心理健康状况。
Objective : To investigate the effects of mental health mandatory course based on positive psychology. Methods : Pre-post-fol- low-up measures of the Symptom CheckList-90, The self-Esteen Scale, and the General Well-Being Schedule were administered to as- sess 164 freshmen. Results : After the experiment, the intervention group showed a rapid decline of Anxiety, Photic anxiety and Para- noid ideation scores of SCL-90. The scores of GWB increased significantly. Conclusion: The mental health education course based on positive psychology can enhance the level of freshmen's mental health.
