基于标准化病人的客观结构化临床考试应用现状分析

An Analysis of the Present Use of Standard Patient Based Objective Structured Clinical Examination

客观结构化临床考试近年被广泛地应用于临床胜任能力评估中。文章通过总结近年来关于OSCE的相关文献报道,发现引入标准化病人后的OSCE具有传统笔试无法比拟的优势,但同时也发现了一些不足,包括标准化病人表现不稳定、不均衡影响考试信度效度,考试的资源密集型这一特点影响其大范围推广等。文章就可能的解决方案进行了探讨,为我国医学教育及医师培训提供借鉴。

For the past few years, objective structured clinical examination has been widely used to measure clinical competence of medical students and clinicians. This paper summarizes recent literature reports on objective structured clinical examination and stand- ard patient so as to clarify all its strengths and weaknesses ,which would provide reference for our medical education and physician train- ing.
