案例分析法在急诊科全日制实习护士评判性思维能力培养中的应用探讨 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨案例分析法对急诊科全日制实习护士评判性思维能力培养的应用效果。方法:将396名临床护理学生设为实验组和对照组,分别采用传统教学法和案例分析法进行教学;课程结束后进行评判性思维能力测试,调查学生对教师的满意度。结果:实验组评判性思维能力测试高于对照组(P<0.05);且在教学满意度调查中实验组较对照组得分明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:采用案例分析的教学法有助于提高教学成效,尤其在培养学生评判性思维和解决临床实际问题能力上有明显优势。 Objective To explore the effect of using case based learning to train full-time nurse students during their practicum in emer- gency department. Methods 396 nurse students were divided into two groups, 213 in experimental group, 118 the control group. Students~ Critical thinking were tested and their satisfaction with the learning experience were surveyed. Results The experimental group was better in critical thinking and more satisfied(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion. Case based learning may lead to boosted critical thinking and clinical problem solving ability.
