摘要
以丁二烯(Bd)、丙烯腈(AN)及不饱和羧酸为聚合单体,采用低温三元乳液共聚技术合成了羧基丁腈橡胶,并研究了第3单体种类及配比、调节剂用量、加入方式和转化率等对聚合反应及产品性能的影响,采用红外光谱对产品进行了表征。结果表明,第3单体采用甲基丙烯酸时聚合反应更加平稳,采用分批加入调节剂的方式有利于凝胶控制,转化率控制在78%~82%较为适宜。
Carboxylated acryionitrile rubber was prepared by using emulsion polymerization technology at low temperature, and using butadiene, acryionitrile and unsaturated carboxylic acid as monomer, and the influences of the different thrid monomer kinds and amount, the amount of molecular weight regulator, its addition method and conversion rate on polymerization reaction and product performance were studied. Moreover,the products were characterized by using IR spectrum. The results showed that the polymerization reaction was more stable by using methacrylie acid as the thrid monomer, and adding regulator in batches was advantageous to control gel content, and the polymerization conversion rate was optimum in 78-82%.
