白炭黑对汽车用丁腈橡胶密封制品性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了白炭黑用量对丁腈橡胶门尼粘度、硫化特性、力学性能、耐热老化性能、耐油性能、耐臭氧性能以及压缩永久变形性能的影响。结果表明,随着白炭黑用量的增加,胶料门尼粘度增加,t10缩短,t90延长;硫化胶硬度、撕裂强度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均有明显提高。当白炭黑用量为40份时,硫化胶综合性能最佳,完全符合汽车(NJ130313004)密封圈使用求。 Effects of silica content on Mooney viscosity, curing characteristics, mechanical properties, heat resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance and compression set of NBR for automobile seals were studied. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity increased with the increase of silica content, and the t10 shortened, the t90 prolonged, and the hardness, tear strength, tensile strength and elongation at break all gradually increased. When the dosage of silica was 40 phr, the NBR compound had excellent comprehensive performance,meeting the requirements of NJ130313004.
