摘要 Ti O2是一种良好的光催化剂,具有稳定性好、光催化效率高及不产生二次污染等优点。但Ti O2是宽禁带导体,禁带宽度达到3.2e V,因此只有在紫外光下才具有活性,从而限制了它的实际应用。目前Ti O2可见光催化的研究取得了一定进展,金属掺杂、非金属掺杂等方法都不同程度地实现了Ti O2可见光催化,扩宽了Ti O2的光响应范围。本文介绍了有关Ti O2可见光催化的金属掺杂、非金属掺杂及金属—非金属共掺杂,对这三方面的研究进展做了简要的综述。 This paper mainly introduces the recent progress on metal doped TiO2, nonmetal doped TiO2 and metal-nonmetal doped TiO2. TiO2 has excellent photocatalytic property, such as stability, photocatalytic activity, no-secondary pollution etc. There is a problem which limits its application-with wide band-gap, TiO2 only performs photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light. To solve this problem, currently, some researchers has discovered metal-doping, nonmetal-doping and dye photosensitization methods which can broaden the scope of the light response TiO2.
