我国科技期刊改革中的“路径依赖”

Problems and countermeasures:“path dependence”in the reform of Chinese scientific journals

【目的】剖析当前科技期刊在管理体制、思维模式、经营策略和评审机制等方面的"路径依赖"现象,并寻找解决途径。【方法】以制度经济学中的"路径依赖"理论为研究方法,对科技期刊发展中的一些惯性做法进行分析。【结果】改变我国科技期刊在管理体制、思维模式、经营策略和评审机制中的习惯性做法,摆脱"路径依赖"的束缚,使我国科技期刊在新的历史条件下实现跨越式发展。【结论】破除科技期刊中的"路径依赖"现象是一个系统工程,需要通过环环相扣的制度变革来实现,只有通过各个环节的共同努力才能实现彻底改变。

[ Purpose] This study analyzes scientific journals＇ ＂path dependence＂ in terms of management systems, modes of thinking, business strategies and review mechanisms. And this study aims at providing countermeasures for it. [ Methodology] This study adopts the research method of ＂path dependence＂ in institutional economics and analyzes the habit of the management system, the mode of thinking, business strategies and review mechanisms. [ Findings] In order to crack ＂path dependence＂ to realize leapfrog development of Chinese Scientific journals under new historical conditions, we can develop the management system, the mode of thinking, business strategies and review mechanisms. [ Conclusions ] We need to reform a series of institutional changes with joint efforts in every phase to systematically solve ＂path dependence＂.
