从“带土移植”到创建创新生态体系——基于同方威视的探索式案例研究 被引量:13

摘要 同方威视公司是中国产学研结合实现重大原始创新的典型案例。但是,已有文献对同方威视创新经验的研究很不充分。作者对同方威视进行了长期的探索性案例研究。本文系统刻画了同方威视成长过程及"带土移植"方式进行科技成果转化的特点。本文发现,"带土移植"是一种重要的机制创新,它成功地将大学的人才、知识资源和企业的技术创新体系链接起来,有力地促进了复杂技术成果的快速高效转化和持续创新。"带土移植"的过程就是产学研合作创建"创新绿色通道"、继而形成良性创新生态体系的过程。同方威视的创新模式具有较强的普适意义,是可以效仿和推广的。论文的结论和见解有助于加深人们对中国创新体系特性的理解。 This research was conducted from 2000 to 2014 at Nuctech Co. ,which is a university spin off from Tsinghua University. The exploratory case study analyzed the characteristics of a new model "transplant with the soil", which was introduced by Nuctech Co. , as a mechanism for commercialization of research findings. The research found that the model synergized the strength from both the university side and the firm side, by effectively connecting the talents and the knowledge of the university with the innovation ecosystem of the company. The findings suggested that "transplant with the soil" facilitated the rapid commercialization of complex product systems ( COPS), and contributed to the company' s speedy growth with sustainable capabilities of innovation. The process of "transplant with the soil" can be regarded as the periodic establishment of a green channel for innovation, which was later replaced by an innovation ecosystem constructed by the company and the stakeholders. This research will help to understand the specific features of innovation system in China.
