摘要
隐性知识转化正成为知识管理和知识转化研究的焦点,核心目标是实现对隐性知识转化的激励。现有的研究局限于目标激励、期望激励、需求激励、公平激励等内容型激励和过程型激励的实施,忽视了强化型激励在隐性知识转化中的作用。斯金纳强化激励理论为隐性知识转化的深化构建了新的平台。正向正强化激励、负向正强化激励、负向负强化激励、正向负强化激励对知识社会化、知识外显化、知识内隐化均存在着现实性的激励作用。这些激励路径的微观阐释开辟了隐性知识转化研究的一个新方向。
Tacit knowledge transformation is becoming the focus of the research on knowledge management and knowledge transformation. The core purpose of tacit knowledge transformation is to achieve the activation of tacit knowledge transformation. The current research is limited to the implementation of content activation and process activation, such as goal activation, expectation activation, demand activation and equity activation, and ignores the effect of reinforcement activation on tacit knowledge transformation. Skinner reinforcement activation theory constructs a new platform to deepen tacit knowledge transformation. The positive-posi- tive-reinforcement activation, negative-positive-reinforcement activation, negative-negative-reinforcement activation and positivenegative-reinforcement activation have realistic incentive effect on knowledge socialization, knowledge externalization and knowledge internalization. The micro explanation of these incentive paths open up a new direction of the research on tacit knowledge transformation.
