摘要
文章综合了国内外研究现状,分析信息获取全过程三阶段影响因素,研究了用户信息行为对网络学术信息有效获取和合理利用的影响与作用,提出了用户可信度感知判据指标。采用分析对比的方法,通过典型案例的分析,得出的结论是:网络学术信息获取取决于用户的可信度感知,可信度感知的认识程度支配用户的信息行为,用户的信息行为决定网络学术信息有效获取和合理利用的最终结果。
Combining the research status at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the influence factors of 3 stages of the whole process of information access. The paper researches on the influence and effect of user information behavior on the effective access and reasonable use of network academic information, and proposes criterion of user credibility perception. By using the comparative analysis method, the paper draws a conclusion through the analysis of typical cases : network academic information access depends on user credibility perception, the awareness degree of credibility dominates user information behavior, and the user information behavior determines the final result of the effective access and rational use of network academic information.
