摘要
目前,读者可以随时随地通过手机移动图书馆获取其信息服务,但手机移动图书馆的用户反馈功能并未受到足够重视,服务评价、意见建议、图书荐购等有助于提高图书馆服务质量的功能没有完全普及。文章主要在移动图书馆系统中增加了用户反馈系统,实现了用户提交反馈,图书馆依据反馈内容进行回复,并总结反馈作为信息服务调整的参考。
At present, readers can get information service anytime and anywhere through the mobile phone library. However, the user feedback function of mobile phone library has not received enough attention, and the functions of service evaluation, opinions and suggestions as well as book recommendations, which are beneficial to improve the service quality of library, are not fully spread. This paper increases the user feedback system to the mobile library system to achieve the submission of user feedback. The library relies based on the feedback content and summarizes the feedback as the reference to the adjustment of information service.
