摘要 移动电商或许给了传统零售商们弯道超车的机会,被传统电商压抑太久的大卖场们开始借O2O绝地反击上海,这座便利店角斗场迎来了一位新斗士。从上海动物园出发,步行到闵行区龙柏地区的黄桦路上,被四周居民区覆盖的这条街。商业氛围浓厚。隔几步就有全家和好德便利店。 The gladiator arena that is the convenience store market in Shanghai has welcomed a new challenger.Called 'Carrefour Easy,' this is the first and only convenience store Carrefour has opened in the mainland market in its 20 years in the country.For the time being it looks like this new store's battle will continue to be a lonely one as Carrefour doesn't seem to be interested in actively pursuing expansion in this area.However,the company may not have much time to wait around as Shanghai,with its approximately 4,000 convenience stores,is one of the country's most densely packed cities for this type of store.Faced with increasing pressure from online retailers,and the trend towards cooperation between brick and mortar stores and e-commerce platforms,it seems the 020 sector might be the thing that retail stores need to get ahead.
