摘要
对武钢5号高炉2种炉前出铁倒场模式进行了对比分析。结果表明,三铁口倒场模式有利于铁口通道前端泥包的形成,但受配罐情况影响较大,高炉出铁工作易处于被动状态;而两铁口倒场模式有利于配罐,降低炉前劳动强度,可准确掌握高炉出铁节奏。因此两铁口倒场模式更适用于5号高炉。
Two kinds of tapping poured field pattern of No. 5 BF in WISCO were analyze& Results show that three tapholes poured field pattern is advantageous to the formation of balling at the front end of taphole channel, but it is greatly affected by pots distribution, which leads to the passivity of blast furnace operation. Two tapholes poured field pattern is advantageous to pots distribution and reducing the labour intensity of furnaceman, and tapping rhythm is controlled accurately. In general, two tapholes poured field pattern is more practical for No. 5 BF.
