在线连续式电工钢磁特性测量仪的研制及应用

Development and application of online continuous measuring instrument for magnetic properties of electrical steel

介绍了在线连续式电工钢磁特性测量仪的结构组成、主要技术指标及测量方法,对比了该测量仪与日本测量仪的运行效果。实践结果表明:该测量仪与日本测量仪在长期连续运行过程中测量结果一致性很好,性能稳定可靠,且可量值溯源,功能实用有效,完全可替代日本测量仪。

Structures, main technique indexes and measuring method of online continuous measuring instrument for magnetic properties of electrical steel were introduced. Running performances of the instrument and Japanese instrument were compared. Practice results show that the measurement results of the instrument were quite consistent with that of Japanese instrument, and its performance was stable. The instrument has met the requirement of metrological traceability and its functions are practical and effective, so it can completely replace the Japanese instrument.
