摘要
为了处理武钢CSP厂2号连铸机在热试前的模拟试车过程中发生的摆剪齿轮箱高速轴切断事故,分析了该连铸机摆剪的功能、设备组成、结构特点及工作原理,从而找到了事故发生的具体原因,并采取了改进措施。改进后,高速轴靠电机端的轴承冷却效果得到了很大改善,摆剪系统设备运行正常,确保了2号连铸机热试成功。
To deal with the fracture accident of pendulum shear gearbox high-speed staaft in No. 2 continuous caster of CSP in WISCO, which happened in the process of trial running simulations before heat running test, the functions, equipment composition, structural features and working principle of the pendulum shear were analyzed. The specific causes of the accident were found and improvement measures were carried out. After the improvement, cooling effects of the bearing closed to the motor end in high- speed shaft were greatly increased, and the pendulum shear operated normally, Which ensured the successful heat running test of No. 2 continuous caster.
