摘要
以辽宁省岫岩县产的板栗壳为原料,应用超声波萃取法提取天然棕色素,并对其抑菌性能进行了研究。结果表明,0.035,0.042,0.053 g·m L-1的板栗壳棕色素对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和副溶血弧菌都有一定的抑菌作用。此外,板栗壳棕色素还具有一定的食品防腐功能。
The natural brown pigment was extracted from chestnut shells produced in Xiuyan area by ultrasound-method and the antimicrobial activity was studied. The results showed that brown pigment solutions of 0.035, 0.042, 0.053 g·mL^-1 could show antimicrobial activities against tested strains including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Furthermore, brown pigment had some antiseptic functions on food.
