晋中市新型职业农民培训研究

Research on the Cultivation of New Type of Peasants in Jinzhong City

新型职业农民的产生能够有效解决我国农业经营中"无人种地"的难题,从要素投入角度为实现农业的可持续发展提供保障。本文以参加晋中市新型职业农民培训的学员为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对新型职业农民培训过程中出现的问题进行深入分析,并提出了提高晋中市新型职业农民培训效果的对策建议。

The new generation of professional farmers can effectively solve China＇s agricultural operations ＂no farming＂ problem. From the perspective of factor inputs provide protection to achieve sustainable development of agriculture. In this paper, we made the new farmer training students as vocational subjects, by means of questionnaire and Interview,through the analysis of the cultivation new farmers in Jinzhong city the problem of taking result and existence,put forward Jinzhong city in the cultivation of new farmers should take countermeasures.
