拮抗菌共培养制备育苗基质对防治番茄猝倒病试验效果初探 被引量:2

摘要 用半发酵腐熟的菇渣或酒糟添加一定的营养助剂与拮抗菌假浅灰链霉菌共培养后制备成抗病育苗基质,应用该基质进行番茄抗猝倒病育苗试验,结果表明,该基质能够有效发挥其拮抗作用,减少番茄苗期猝倒病发病率,对番茄苗的株高和茎粗有所增加,表现出一定的促生长作用;半发酵腐熟的菇渣与酒糟基质相比,拮抗菌共培养菇渣制备的基质对瘁倒病的防控率更优。 Add some nutritional aids with semi-fermented mushroom composting or lees with antagonistic bacterium Streptomyces pseudogriseolus co-cultured seedlings resistant substrate, were prepared. Applying of the seedling substrate, tomato damping-off disease resistance's tests showed that it can effectively play its antagonism to reduce the incidence of disease of the tomato seedlings, the height and stem diameter of tomato seedling plant increased, showed some growth-promoting effect. Compared with semi-fermented mushroom composting substrate and the distiller's, prevention and control rate of mushroom cultivation co-culture substrate for anti-damping-off disease are better.
