苏州工业园区空间变革研究——基于“生产型社会”到“消费型社会”演进的视角

Spatial Evolution Of Suzhou Industrial Park: From Production To Consumption Society

研究基于"生产型社会"到"消费型社会"演进的视角,从制度安排、社会主体和社会文化三个维度建立社会转型与城乡空间变迁相关联的分析框架,剖析苏州工业园区空间演变的基本特征及其机制。随着"生产型社会"到"消费型社会"的转型,苏州工业园区空间表现出消费空间扩张、部分工业空间被置换,消费空间类型多元、布局上集中与分散并存,城市空间成为消费对象等特征。基于此,研究认为"权力—资本—社会"的互动是推动城乡空间演变的最根本动力,这也是未来苏州工业园区空间变革需要着重考虑的因素之一。

From production to consumption society transition viewpoint, the paper sets up a framework from institution, social subjects, social culture, analyzes Suzhou industrial park spatial evolution character and mechanism. Suzhou industrial park space has shown consumption space expansion, industrial space relocation, multiple consumption spaces, spatial concentration and dispersion, urban space as consumption etc. The paper argues ＂power-capital-society＂ interaction is the fundamental force of spatial evolution, and it is the major element of future spatial reform of Suzhou industrial park.
